Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day from 10:00am EST - 10:00pm EST weather permitting.  If the weather remains nice through September we will leave it open for longer.

Only registered dogs and cats belonging to member/owners are allowed. All pets must wear COL pet collars and be leashed when outside the unit.

No, unless the pet is a properly documented service or support animal that has been approved and registered.

Each unit is assigned two marked parking spaces. Visitor parking is first‑come, first‑served.

Vehicles without valid parking passes may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Prohibited vehicles include travel trailers, motor homes, tent campers, semi‑tractor trailers, motorcycles, motorized scooters, and motorized bicycles (e‑bikes using motor assist).

No. No motorized watercraft or trailers may be parked, stored, or kept anywhere on Chalet property at any time.

All trash must be bagged and placed inside designated dumpsters. Items may NOT be left outside dumpsters. Items left outside will NOT be picked up by our garbage vendor.

If you lose your card then just enter your PIN number followed by # report the event with the number on card so we cant trouble shoot the problem and issue a new card if need be, the old card will be deleted. Send an e-mail to info@chaletonthelake.org 

Always have your key with you to manually open Iit if needed. It may be batteries, they should be replaced twice per year so keep batteries on hand.

The colder it is the higher the temp should be. If its mild and above freezing 50 is fine.
32 and above 50*F
31 to 11, 60*F
12 and below 70*F
